FOSSBox

The FOSSBox is an applied reasearch lab focusing on Free/Open Source Software and Open Web Technologies within the Center for Media, Arts, Games, Interaction, and Creativity at Rochester Institute of Technology in Upstate NY. We help connect the staff, students, faculty, and greater Rochester community with the FOSS community, and visa-versa. More information can be found at http://foss.rit.edu and http://magic.rit.edu

Our event will kick off at Noon on Saturday September 20th with workshops, tutorials, and installfests, and then kick into high-gear at 6pm with a 24 hour open hackathon! RSVP at http://sfd14-roc.eventbrite.com
