SFD-SMVDU

At Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU), we have already organized SFD four times in past during 2010, 2011. 2014 and 2015. We are going to extend this event to a week in 2016, keeping in view the enthusiasm of Students about Open Source. We’ll be organizing workshops covering various open source platforms like Linux, Python, Github, Android, Web technologies, Audrino and Network Security. Along with this we’ll also have a few competitions based on open source theme which shall cater to the students of all branches.Invitation shall be sent to all the engineering institutes in J&K.
