OrvietoLUG - Orvieto Linux Users Group

Orvieto Linux Users Group is a no-profit organization, established in 2005. The main purpose of OrvietoLUG is topromote the use of Linux OS and free software, and the knowledge of the GNU Project.Orvieto is a city located in Umbria a few kilometers from the border with Lazio and Tuscany, then the associationstands as a landmark not only for the Orvieto area but also for the surrounding territories.During the year, OrvietoLUG develops and coordinates several initiatives on free software and open source;promotes the spread of free software through analysis activities, study, design and development;organizes conferences, exhibitions and other activities;establishes and manages training courses on free software and open source.

OrvietoLUG can collaborate with any public or private body, association or movement.
