Install Linux / Repair Cafe
Beschrijving
The Scottish Linux Users Group will be hosting a Install Linux / Repair Cafe at The Gamer Club in Glasgow on Saturday 19 September 2026 between 12:00 and 16:30.
This will be an opportuntity to try Linux with LiveUSB pendrives and install to Linux or OpenBSD to old or existing hardware / laptops.
As well as celebrating Software Freedom Day with the opportunity to try out Open Source software there will be a repair cafe where the ScotLUG members will attempt to revive old hardware.
The Gamer Club can be found at 153 Bath Lane, Glasgow, G2 4RH
If you bring a 4Gb pen drive we can turn it into a LiveUSB pendrive to trake home and try out!
