Nepal Open Source Klub (NOSK) is excited to invite you to celebrate Software Freedom Day 2025 right here in the heart of Kathmandu — a city known for its culture, community, and connection to the Himalayas.

This year, we’re bringing together students, tech enthusiasts, developers, alumni, and open source lovers for a full day of learning, sharing, and celebrating what open source means to us and our community.

**What’s Happening:**

- Open source project exhibitions
- NOSK Code – a fun and competitive coding challenge
- Linux distro demos for hands-on learning
- Robotics, games, and creative tech fun
- Talks and workshops from local and global contributors
- Capture the Flag (CTF) competition
- Open floor for free and open discussions
- Candlelight celebration to honor the spirit of software freedom
- Balloon release: “Words of Freedom” – fly your message to the sky
- A special meetup with NOSK alumni
